Default Redwood Offer Working Hours

Summary:

We are currently configuring the Redwood Create/Edit Offer pages.  We are concerned about the Working Hours field, which defaults to 40 hours. Since many of our offers are for different hours, this can lead to inaccurate data when the field isn't updated.

We have attempted the following workarounds, but have run into issues:

Workaround	Issue
1. Default from Job Requisition DFF	We received page errors. Based on a post on Customer Connect, this was a limitation with autocomplete. Does anyone know if this limitation also applies in Redwood?
2. Nullify the Default Value	We successfully nulled the value using business rules, but this appeared to impact validation rules on the page. (We are still investigating if this is a direct correlation).
