Promote and Change Position Effective Payroll Date Error

Summary: Hello! We are working on reviewing Promote and Change Position Redwood Transaction and preparing for migration into production. I am running across an issue with a payroll start date error. Our most recent payroll start date is May 10th 2026, however when I select this on the When and Why section you can see below there is no error but if I select any other date then an error message displays.

However, as I proceed through this transaction with the May 10th date in When and Why and select submit - I get the payroll cycle error shown below even though May 10th is an acceptable start date of a payroll cycle.
