Exclude the action code displayed in the value list for the Action field

Hello,

We are currently configuring the HR core module for the migration to Redwood.

We have noticed that for actions relating to an employee’s employment, the ACTION field displays the action configuration code in addition to the description. Would it be possible to exclude this column from the list of values?

Could you provide us with further information regarding the possibility of excluding columns from the LOV?
