How to move a Candidate to “Offer Accepted” - Without Creating AND Extending the Offer?
Summary:
Dear experts,
We are currently experiencing the following issue: Some candidates (approx 10%) sign an offer contract physically on-site. When this happens, we would like to move them to the Phase "Offer" & State "Accepted". However, this is not possible if no offer was created and extended withing the system.
Which leads us to the following questions:
- How can we "Bypass" these two steps for these specific candidates?
- How can we do this without the use of "Bypass Extending offers" functionality which would impact all candidates…?
I currently see no suitable solution for our issue. Perhaps creating a dummy Offer Letter, but this would still be connected to the general email which prompts candidates to open the link and sign the document…
