Redwood experience for cancel work relationship - future dated assignments

Cannot end work relationships with future start dates using the redwood cancel work relationship page.

We use the classic cancel work relationship function to delete employees that have been setup in error and haven't yet been included in a payroll run. In testing the redwood version of the page I'm finding

1. Employees created with a start date in the future aren't searchable in the cancel work relationship screen - even where adjusting the "date effective" filter to the specific start date.
2. The individual isn't searchable from the home search bar so the cancel work relationship action cannot be accessed from there.
