Enable Editing of Show Performance Goal Info Panel

During performance document evaluation in Oracle HCM Redwood 26A Performance Module, users currently cannot edit the Actual Value field directly from the Goal Details panel on the right side of the screen. This limitation requires users to navigate away from the current view or use alternative workflows to update goal performance metrics, reducing efficiency and user experience.

Current Behavior

  • When users click on Goal Details in the right panel, the Actual Value field is either:
    • Not visible in the editable section, or
    • Displayed in read-only mode
  • Users must use workarounds or navigate to a different screen to update this critical performance metric
