How to keep my oracle account active after changing companies?

Hi,

My current Oracle account is linked to my company email, even the login OTP comes to the company email.

I have done multiple oracle certifications, have multiple badges.

How do i keep my account active or access it when i move to a different company?

Is there a way to change my login or add secondary email?

Also will the option to take delta exams remain when i move to a different company?
