Saved Searches - Redwood (Learning Catalog)

We seem to be having various issues with Saved Searches on the Redwood Learning Catalog Page.

When 26A was loaded into our system, I created a couple of Saved Searches and made them System Searches so that they appeared for my colleagues, which they did. However, if I tried to edit them and save, when I relaoded them, it would not have saved the changes.

I then tried deleting them but they would just reappear, same for my colleagues.

We have upgraded to 26B today and I hoped it was maybe a bug but we still have the issue today. Is this a known issue or is it our system?
