Statement of earnings is not showing element entry values once we ran the Quickpay for few employees

Summary:

We are facing an issue where the SOE doesn't add the deduction value in Earnings but the netpay and pension(social insurance) deduction is calculated properly for absence sick leave.

Can any one please provide suggestion regarding what could be the issue and how to resolve/debug this ?
