    We observed that custom flexfield values entered on self-paced learning items are not retained after synchronization with LinkedIn Learning/Udemy content.
    Can Oracle confirm whether this is expected behaviour?
    If so:
  • Which flexfields are supported for external provider content?
  • Is there a recommended approach to preserve custom metadata after synchronization?
  1. Enrolment and Completion Rules
    For externally provided content, enrolment rules and completion rules appear to be read-only.
