we have started our analysis on 26 Pay Periods Vs 27 Pay Periods for year 2026 very recently, the changes mostly would be planned in Production around June-2026. I would like to understand the impact of updating the payroll calendar from 26 pay periods to 27 pay periods mid-year in terms of Benefit Deductions, Annual Salary for Salaried Employees (Currently we have salary basis with annualization factor as 1 for salaried employees), 401k Contribution Limits, Taxable Wages etc.
