Save and Close button not appearing in Fixed Assets Transfers page

Summary:

Save and Close button is not appearing on Transfer Assets page. We have approvals enabled - so only option that comes is Submit for Approval and when we turn off the approvals - we get is Submit button.

We can see Save and Close on Retire Assets page along with Submit for Approval.
