Demographic Info DFFs not showing even if there is data saved in the field

Summary:

I know if you have DFFs on some Redwood pages they are not seen unless there is data in a field. We have many DFFs in the Demographic info section of Personal Details. I'm able to expose them and they are seen when I edit the Demographic info, but are not seen once I save. I need this data to be seen by other users besides the employee themself, and without needing to press the edit button either way. Any thoughts? Maybe I'm missing something in the DFF setup, but I don't see anything alarming.
