Summary:
Couldn't find if this was resolved. We are preparing to move to RSSP and need to know if retainage can default in on a PO is created off of a CCPA agreement if the CCPA header has a retainage DFF or if the Requestor of the original Requisition which resulted in a PO via Edit Order can update the retainage via change order in RSSP.
