How to Resolve JAVA Class Version Error After 26.05 Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Planning Update

After 26.05 update of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Planning over the weekend, our integrations, which are run via shell script on a hosted Oracle Unix database, are failing with error message:

Error: LinkageError occurred while loading main class com.hyperion.epmctl.client.processor.EPMCTLProcessor
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: com/hyperion/epmctl/client/processor/EPMCTLProcessor has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 61.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 59.0

I believe this error is caused because the unix server version needs to be updated, and that this can only be done by raising a SR with Oracle. Please confirm if this is correct. I have raised an SR (Sev-2) but despite 24 hours passing and numerous requests for update/manager action/escalation - no response.
