Restriction of timecard when the project code is changed from chargeable to non chargeable code

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where we need to add a restriction of timecard updates from chargeable to non chargeable code (i.e this is saved on the projects setup page). Here we have the integration with projects via which the project name is populated and employee can fill the time card. But we need a restriction where employee cannot change from chargeable to non chargeable code but chargeable to charable, non chargeable to chargeable and non chargeable to non chargeable should be allowed.
