Can one delegation rule in Redwood UI cover approvals for all tasks?

We are trying to setup a delegation rule for an employee through redwood UI. In redwood UI, we need to enter category while creating the rule. Our expectation is to create one rule which would delegate approvals related to all tasks. While creating rules through redwood UI the category is mandatory because of which only those specific tasks are getting delegated.
