How to capture justification when learner tries to enroll for course training

Would like to check, in OLC, when learner click to enroll into a training, is there any field that can capture the reason why they choose to enroll for the training.

When learn admin creates a Course training and published in Learning catalog, so that learner can voluntarily enroll.

Then when learner login to Me> Learning> Learning Catalog> Search for course which learn admin published to learning catalog> Then while enrolling to course training is there any way that learner can provide justification on why they are enrolling to course training.
