When updating attendance through Learning Assignments and Manage Activities, it has boxes for Actual Effort in Hours and Minutes. If I don't populate these, will ORACLE automatically do this based on the expected Effort?

For example, the screenshot I have added shows the offering is 3 hours expected effort. If I choose Completed for status and save it, will ORACLE give the actual effort of 3 hours?
