How do I enable the Manager Concierge Workspace Agentic App in 26B?

Summary:

Now we have 26B I can see the Manager Concierge Workspace App in the Apps area of AI Agent Studio. As an AI agent studio developer I can also see it under Me > AI Agents. Choose the Apps tab and it is available under there to launch.

However I need to make it available to managers to use but I am unable to find any documentation on how to implement this. If I log in as a manager (i.e. a user who is simply a manager and NOT an AI Agent Studio developer) I am unable to see the Manager Concierge Workspace. If this manager user navigates to Me > AI Agents and chooses the Apps tab, no apps are available to them.
