recruiters are not able to view national identifiers & biographical info of a candidate

Hello Community,

We are currently experiencing an issue in Oracle Recruiting where recruiters are unable to view the National Identifier and Biographic Info sections for candidates.

A few relevant details below:

  • The impacted users are recruiters.
  • They already have the privilege IRC_VIEW_EXTERNAL_CANDIDATE_SENSITIVE_INFORMATION assigned.
  • The candidate’s current state and phase is HR Processed.
  • Since the required privilege is already in place, we are trying to determine whether this is related to a security behavior introduced in 26B, or another configuration dependency.

Has anyone else faced the same issue ? If so, could you please share how it was resolved, or whether Oracle provided any clarification or fix?
