redwood item search not displaying item hyperlink

I believe my users that require the "Reviewer" license to have inquiry access to product development, are missing the correct privilege that will allow them to click on the item hyperlink to launch the item information page (currently we use classic). Users with "full" access to product development can see the hyperlink on the item when searching in the Redwood item search.

What privilege am I missing?
