Single Admin cant search with employee filter in multiple modules

I am trying to search with the Employee filter in multiple modules however the data is blank. The search box shows for less than a second and doesnt allow for any search results. Other filters such as manager, review period, are working fine and I can get to the employee another way. I am the only admin on the team that has this problem.

We have reran our process to index and validated all security and permissions are the same. THis is only an issue in Production and not our Test environment.
