USOPTE: Negative SUI Values

Summary:

Post USOPTE update, the first payroll run in Production resulted in negative SUI ER values across majority of the employees.

Trying to understand if this is an expected variance as this has not been mentioned in the Known Variances document.

The setup at org level has been set to 'Self-Adjust' and there were changes (majorly decreases) in SUI rates.

But the system calculating refunds on SUI ER is new.

Has anyone else encountered the issue ? Is there any guidance from Oracle on this scenario ?
