Prevent auto assign load

Summary:

Is there any way to prevent a specific order type from being assigned to a load when the parameter ASSIGN_LOAD_WHEN_PACKED is set to YES?

We currently have a specific order type that should not be automatically assigned to a load after packing. My understanding is that this parameter would ideally be configured at the order type level, but since it is currently defined at the facility level, it applies to all orders type.

I would appreciate any suggestions or possible alternatives.
