Integration Deletion records Data Management Process Details

Hi all,

I've noticed a discrepancy in how integration deletions are logged. Deleting an integration from Data Exchange creates a log in Process Details, but deleting one from Data Management does not.

An integration was recently deleted from the Data Management page, there is no option to fetch the details from the audit page, and I'm trying to track down who performed the deletion and when it occurred. Is there an alternative audit trail or server log we can check to find this information?
