Issue with Approval Rule Update – Time Change Request (transaction Console Redwood)

I am facing an issue related to the Approval Rule update for the “Time Change Request” workflow on the Redwood transaction console.

After updating the approval rule and submitting a transaction, no action is reflected from the latest update, and the approval cycle continues using the old configuration.

However, when I navigate to the Responsive Old View, open the same approval rule, save it again without additional changes, and then submit the transaction, the approval rule starts working normally, and the approval cycle gets updated with the latest changes.

It seems that the changes are not being refreshed or synchronized properly until the rule is re-saved from the old responsive view.
