Validation to Prevent Transfer Before End Secondment

Hi All,

We would like to check the possibility of implementing a validation in Oracle Fusion HCM related to secondment.

Currently, during the secondment process, some users are proceeding with employee transfers without completing the “End Secondment” action beforehand. Due to this, we would like to understand whether there is a way to configure a validation or restriction to prevent users from performing a transfer until the end secondment has been properly done.

Has anyone implemented a similar validation or identified a standard approach to handle this scenario in Oracle Fusion HCM? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
