Feedback Center Search Navigation Redirects HR Users to Manager URL and Causes Access Denied

We are facing an issue with the Feedback Center navigation.

Issue Description:
When an HR user searches for “Feedback Center” using the global search bar, the system redirects the user to the My Team (manager) Feedback Center URL instead of the My Client Groups Feedback Center URL.

As a result, the HR user receives an “Access Denied” error and cannot access employee feedback through the search result.

However, when the same user accesses Feedback Center through:
My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Feedback Center

the page opens correctly and the HR user can view employee feedback without any issue.
