Oracle HCM Fusion 26B – Redwood Transaction Console Not Displaying Transactions

After Redwood Transaction Console is enabled in 26B, transactions are not displaying in the Redwood UI. The page loads successfully, but no transactions are visible even though transaction records exist in backend tables and workflows are active.

Issue Details:

  • Redwood Transaction Console page is accessible
  • No transactions are displayed in the UI
  • Transactions exist in backend transaction/workflow tables
  • Issue started after 26B upgrade / Redwood enablement
  • Classic Transaction Console still works correctly

We have disabled the redwood option and can see the transactions in Classic Transaction Console
