Help with creating an IAM policy to VBS for native logins - "Sign-on policy denies access"
Summary:
Consultants logging natively (username/password) into Test pod are unable to access the VBS resource home page. This is post upgrade behavior, which I believe is tied to policies defaulted in during the upgrade. I would like help with revising the policy causing this problem. Is there an existing policy I need to edit, or a new policy I need to create?

Currently, only SSO login succeeds in accessing VBS. I am looking for a way to permit access without having to provision them with a company account.
