When using Rank based Sourcing Rule,can planning source 100% quantity for Rank2 if Rank1 has partial

Summary:

When RANK Sourcing Rules are used in Supply Planning with RANK1, RANK2 sourcing from two different Organizations, if RANK1 org has partial on hand availability to meet the Demand Quantity and RANK2 has full Demand Quantity available, can Supply Plan be configured or forced to select RANK2 org to meet the entire demand quantity?

Example: Demand Quantity 100.

Availability at RANK1 org: 25

Availability at RANK2 org: 150

Currently Supply Planning is selecting RANK1 to use 25 and RANK2 for remaining 75. We don't want two transfer orders, instead would like Planning to select RANK2 org in this case so that there is one planned order of 100 sourced from RANK2 org.
