Employer exemption from Colorado Occupational Privilege Tax

Our organization has an exemption from the employer portion of the Colorado Occupational Privilege Tax. The employer portion previously was not calculated before we enabled OPTE. Now that we have made the switch it is being calculated. How can we configure the employer exemption from this tax? Support for Colorado OPT was mentioned with 25C, but I do not see any reference docs with information for how to configure the employer exemption.
