Unable to download attachments from Supplier Change Request – 26A

We are facing an issue in Oracle Fusion 26A while reviewing Supplier Change Requests (SCR).

Scenario:

-Supplier uploads attachment in Supplier Portal (Company Profile).

- A Change Request is triggered for the supplier profile.

- Approver opens the Change Request and attempts to download the attachment.

Issue:

Attachment cannot be downloaded while Change request is in pending status.

- UI keeps spinning continuously.

- Browser console shows the following error:downloadAttachmentActionChain failedError: unable to find endpointoracle_prc_supplierUI:supplierChangeRequests/get_supplierChangeRequests-organizationDetails-attachments-FileContents

Observations:

- External supplier users can download attachments successfully.

- Internal users cannot download attachments from Change Request.

- After approval of the Change Request, the same attachment is downloadable without issue.- All required roles and privileges (including View Supplier Attachments,Maintain Supplier attachments) are assigned.
