Unable to add approved contract terms template to contract in REDWOOD

in Enterprise Contracts

In classic UI, during creation of contract under "Contract Terms" , we have an option to add contract terms and choose whether we want to select an existing approved terms template or attach a document. screenshot below.

But in REDWOOD, currently there is no option to select the existing approved terms template but instead only option is to attach the document. Please help if this is for future releases? or any workaround for this? Screenshot below.
