Greetings!

This is a strange issue observed for an earning element. We have an allowance element (Recurring) which used to get processed till last pay period.

This element does not have any skip rule.

The element entry exists on the employee record.

When the payroll was run - the run results do not show any details for the allowance element processed. The payroll run is successful.

When we checked the element entry -that shows in processed Status.

There is no element group- so there is no chance of the element getting excluded.
