Access add assignment transaction

Hi everyone,

we need that HR access the Add assignment transaction, but to make this true we needed add this roles to Job role:

View Employment Information Summary ORA_PAY_PERSONAL_PAYROLL_RELATIONSHIP_MANAGEMENT_DUTY_OBI
ORA_PAY_PERSONAL_PAYROLL_RELATIONSHIP_MANAGEMENT_DUTY
ORA_PAY_PERSONAL_PAYROLL_RELATIONSHIP_VIEW_DUTY
ORA_PAY_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_PAYROLL_LOV
ORA_PAY_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_PAYROLL_REFERENCE_DATA_LOVS
ORA_PAY_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_PAYROLL_LEGAL_ORGANIZATION_LOVS
ORA_PAY_MANAGE_EMPLOYEE_PAYROLL_IN_EMPLOYMENT_PROCESSES
ORA_PAY_VIEW_EMPLOYEE_PAYROLL_IN_EMPLOYMENT_PROCESSES

but the HR can't access WorkRelationship page and Employment Info page.
