Calendar invitation for in-person offerings without virtual classroom

Hi,

we are configuring Instructor-Led Training offerings in Oracle Learning for in-person courses (no virtual classroom setup).

We would like learners to receive a calendar placeholder/invite (e.g. Outlook, Teams) when they are enrolled in a session, including date, time, and physical location.

Could you tell me if it's possible and how?
