Why is my requisitions in redwood displaying ordered and Delivered for the same thing?

Summary:

Does anyone know why on the "My Requisitions" page -- for a closed PO -- some lines show up twice, once as "ordered" and once as "delivered"? This does not happen for all closed lines, only some. When users go to export to Excel, they find these duplicate lines.
