ORC Move Application giving Error: "Error Response during RestAction"

We are receiving an error: "Error Response during RestAction" when trying to move an application via this path: My Client Groups > Hiring > Candidate Search > Click Name > Activity > Ellipsis Menu > Move Application. We use a custom Recruiter role but have also tried using the seeded Recruiter role and still getting the error. Any one else experiencing this?
