Custom extraction failing with Input Stream Not Found

I have an integration on data exchange with an On Premise Database Data Source. I am using a custom groovy BefExtract script to create the file. The job is failing with an Input Stream not Found. Is there any way to determine if I am putting the file in the correct place or if I am doing something else wrong in the script?
