Learners not able to view the offering time in time zone selected.

Summary:

Hi Team,

While creating the ILT Offering – Activity, Learning specialist selected the time zone, but for the learners, when they try to view the same offering timings they were able to view the timings in UTC time zone only not in the time zone which was selected while creating it. We have this challenge from this week onwards and it was working fine till last week ie., learners were able to view the offerings timings in the same time zone which was selected while creating it. This creates confusion for the learners. Did anyone face this issue and do
