How do we create Calendars within the scheduler.

I am looking for a way to schedule a number of quarterly reports within the Reporting and Analytics scheduler.   It would be nice to have a fiscal calendar created for Raymond James.  I cannot find a way to create them.  There is an option under the "When --> Run object" option to select a "calendar" but no way to actually create it.
