Privelege to control Voluntary and required assignment type in Redwood learning assignment page

In the learning assignment responsive UI there was a separate privilege to control who can assign required learning and who can't. But with the enablement of redwood learning assignment page we are loosing the ability to control the learning assignment , there is no separate privilege and the existing responsive UI privilege is not working once redwood assignment is enabled .

Please let us know if there is road map to bring this feature
