Which BICC PVO can be used specifically to extract data from PER_WORKING_HOURS_PATTERNS_F?

The lineage documentation (https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/685196/fusion-global-hr-bicc-pvo-details-needed-for-hr-data)

as well as OTBI lineage point to these PVOs which do not work well for our use-case which needs the PVO to be run as full load every time with disabled effective date and incremental filters.

The above PVOs are complex and made up of many tables , whereas we only need data from table PER_WORKING_HOURS_PATTERNS_F.
