Redwood Purchasing landing pages are not displaying results

Hi, We are testing Redwood Purchasing where application acts in a very unexpected way. Completed ESS jobs as per the document and also running periodically what is needed.

As soon as buyer opens any page - Process Requisition(New), Purchase Order(New) or Purchase Agreement (New). Data can be seen. If Buyer tries to switch tabs , suppose at Purchase Agreement page, All is default, buyer switches to 'Draft and Rejected' buyer may or may not see the data, it will show No data to display, if come back to same tab again 'No data to display'.
