How to enable missing Payroll dashboards (Payroll Register, Audit, Simplification Audit) in fusion?

I noticed that a similar post regarding this issue already exists but has not received a response. I am therefore raising this again for better visibility and assistance.

In our Oracle Fusion HCM 26B instance, when navigating to My Client Groups → Payroll, I am unable to see the following dashboard options that are available in the Vision environment: Payroll Register Dashboard Audit Dashboard Simplification Audit Dashboard.

As part of my analysis, I have already: Reviewed Setup and Maintenance → Workforce Deployment → Payroll for any relevant enablement tasks, but could not identify any. Checked the Reports and Analytics (BI Catalog), where these dashboards are available tried to unarchive it our instance but it did not work.
