Observer or Line Manager view the self-assessment of the employee

Hello everyone, is there a way as Observer or Line Manager to view the self-assessment of the employee? I tried to create self-paced learning and require the self-assessment. but when the task is in the manager, i noticed that the Observer/Line Manager can't view the Assessment of the employee. Please see the attached screenshot below.
