Hi Team,

During our review of the Transaction Matching Assistance (Predict Match) process, we observed that AI-predicted matches are not being generated for Account ID '100-1000' in data source 'DEU AP'.

The following message was captured in the job log file:

"Prediction skipped for Account ID '100-1000' in data source 'DEU AP' because it exceeds the current supported transaction limit."

This indicates that the number of unmatched transactions for this account has surpassed the threshold supported by Oracle's AI prediction engine, causing the prediction step to be skipped entirely for this account.

In this regard, we would like to confirm — is there a defined limit on the number of unmatched transactions that the Predict Match engine can process per account? If yes, could you please share the exact threshold value so we can plan the necessary remediation steps?
