Job Requisitions visibility

Hi all,

i have the needs to secure Job Requisitions list visibility for the Manager based on his Organization.

So, i basically add a Job Requisition security profile and an Organization security profile configured as it follows:

Bur the result is that the manager with this Data Role in his Job Requisition list page view only the JR where he is in the hiring team even if they're not created based on the Organization "HUMAN RESOURCES".

Did I configure something wrong? Can please someone help me with my desiderata?
